GoodOnes™ — Targeted Probiotic Formulas
GoodOnes™ are targeted probiotic formulas, each built for one body system. Unlike broad-spectrum supplements that blend dozens of strains with no particular job, every GoodOnes formula is built around strains selected for a specific body system — regularity, mood support, immune resilience, skin health, metabolic support, women’s gut health, children’s digestion, and more — informed by published research on those strains. The formulas are powered by Flore, a microbiome genomics company that has sequenced thousands of gut microbiomes and tracked long-term probiotic outcomes since 2018.
The Ten Formulas
Each formula ships as a 30-day supply (30 capsules). One capsule per day is the standard protocol. Formulas can be taken individually or stacked; two per day is the maximum. Each capsule is vegan, gluten-free, and manufactured in an FDA-registered, cGMP-compliant facility in the United States.
- The Regular One — Daily gut regularity. Targets the motility system with Bifidobacterium strains that produce short-chain fatty acids, support peristaltic rhythm, and establish consistent transit. For people dealing with sluggish digestion, infrequent bowel movements, or the general bloat that comes from a slow gut.
- The Bright One — Mood and gut-brain axis support. Uses Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis and Lactiplantibacillus plantarum, strains studied along the tryptophan pathway and vagal axis. Targets the neurotransmitter production that originates in the gut.
- The Calm One — Sensitive-system gut-brain support. For people whose gut symptoms are driven by stress reactivity and hypersensitivity. Targets the gut-brain axis with strains selected for cortisol-response modulation and gut-lining integrity under stress.
- The Clear One — Skin microbiome support. The gut-skin axis is bidirectional: gut dysbiosis shows up on the skin. The Clear One targets the gut-skin axis with strains studied for the gut barrier and systemic inflammation. Structure/function support; individual results vary.
- The Strong One — Immune resilience. Uses strains studied for innate immune priming, including Lactobacillus acidophilus and Bifidobacterium longum. Made to support a year-round immune baseline; individual results vary.
- The Lean One — Metabolic support. Targets the gut-metabolic axis with strains studied for SCFA production, appetite-signal modulation, and energy substrate metabolism. For people experiencing metabolic drag, appetite dysregulation, or weight management difficulty.
- The Mighty One — Muscle and recovery support. Uses strains that support gut-musculoskeletal communication, including bacteria studied for anti-inflammatory SCFA production and joint-comfort markers following exercise.
- The Radiant One — Women’s hormone and gut health. Targets estrogen metabolism via the estrobolome — the collection of gut microbes responsible for estrogen recirculation and excretion. Relevant for women experiencing hormone-related symptoms tied to gut microbiome imbalance.
- The Little One — Children’s foundational gut health. Pediatric-dosed strains for children (for children under 1, check with a pediatrician first). Supports microbiome diversity and healthy gut motility in growing kids.
- The Gentle One — Gentle gut-brain support for children. Strains selected to support a developing child’s gut-brain axis. Built on Flore’s longitudinal microbiome dataset.
Why Targeted Over Broad-Spectrum?
Most probiotic supplements combine 10 to 30 strains in a single capsule. The assumption is that more strains equal more benefit. The clinical evidence does not support this assumption. Each strain competes for the same mucosal adhesion sites, the same nutrients, and the same signalling real estate. Adding strains that have no documented mechanism for your target system dilutes the strains that do. GoodOnes formulas are designed around the opposite principle: fewer strains, each with a documented job, at doses that actually matter.
The strain selection for every GoodOnes formula is derived from GoodOnes’s microbiome sequencing database, which maps the relationship between specific microbial populations and specific clinical outcomes across thousands of sequenced patients. This is the same infrastructure used by clinicians who prescribe personalized probiotics. GoodOnes makes the resulting strain intelligence available as a consumer product, without requiring a prescription or a microbiome test.
