Shipping Policy

GoodOnes™ probiotics are fulfilled by Flore Inc. and ship from our US-based fulfillment center. All formulas are shelf-stable, so there is no cold-chain requirement — your order travels safely in standard packaging year-round, including summer months. Expedited options are available at checkout if you need yours sooner.

Order Processing

GoodOnes™ orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed; we are not liable for carrier delays once an order has left our facility.

Delivery estimates begin after the processing period and apply to the contiguous 48 states. Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may take additional time.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and the service selected. Any free-shipping promotion applies to domestic (U.S.) orders only unless expressly stated otherwise.

Accurate Shipping Information

You are responsible for giving us a complete, accurate shipping address and a valid phone number or email. If a package comes back to us, is delayed, or is lost because the details you gave were wrong or incomplete, you are responsible for any additional shipping fees to re-send it. We can't refund orders that are undeliverable because of inaccurate information.

International Orders — Duties, Taxes, and Customs

International shipping rates do not include duties, import taxes, tariffs, VAT, brokerage fees, or any other charge imposed by the destination country. Those charges are set by your local customs authority and are the recipient's responsibility. They are billed to you separately by the carrier or your local customs office and are not collected by GoodOnes™ (operated by Flore Inc.) at checkout unless a duties-paid (DDP) option is expressly offered and selected.

If the correct international shipping charges, duties, taxes, or fees are not paid — whether they were understated at checkout, refused at delivery, or later assessed by a customs authority — you remain responsible for those amounts, and we reserve the right to bill you for any shortfall, including anything we have to pay on your behalf to release, deliver, or return the shipment.

Import Eligibility Is Your Responsibility

It is your responsibility to make sure the products you order can be lawfully imported into your country before you place your order. Probiotics and dietary supplements are regulated differently around the world, and some countries restrict or prohibit their import. Please confirm with your local customs authority or border control that your order can be received at your address before buying. We can't advise on the import rules of individual countries and are not responsible for determining whether a product is permitted at your destination.

Refused, Abandoned, or Seized Shipments

We can't issue refunds for any order that is refused by the recipient, abandoned, held, destroyed, or seized by a customs authority, or returned to us because applicable duties, taxes, or fees weren't paid. If such a shipment comes back to us, any refund we choose to issue at our discretion will be reduced by our original shipping costs and any duties, return, or handling charges we incur.

Shelf Stability

All GoodOnes™ formulas are shelf-stable through the printed expiry date. No refrigeration required during shipping or storage. We ship year-round including summer months without quality impact.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, contact [email protected] with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier and reship or refund at no charge if the package is confirmed lost.

Address Changes

Address changes must be requested within 1 hour of placing your order. Email [email protected] immediately — we cannot guarantee changes after the order enters processing.

Tracking Your Order

A shipping confirmation email with a tracking link is sent as soon as your order leaves our fulfillment center. If you haven't received a confirmation within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder first, then email [email protected] with your order number and we'll look it up immediately.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to refrigerate GoodOnes?
No. All GoodOnes™ formulas are shelf-stable through the printed expiry date and do not require refrigeration during shipping, transit, or storage. Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and moisture.
Can I ship to a PO Box?
Yes. USPS standard shipping delivers to PO Boxes. Expedited carriers (UPS, FedEx) cannot deliver to a PO Box — if you select an expedited method, please provide a street address.
What if my package is marked delivered but hasn't arrived?
Carriers occasionally mark packages delivered before the final drop. Wait 24 hours — most packages appear within that window. If it still hasn't arrived after 24 hours, contact [email protected] and we'll file a carrier claim and reship at no charge.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Address changes must be requested within 1 hour of placing your order. Email [email protected] immediately with your order number and corrected address. After an order enters processing, address changes cannot be guaranteed.
Do you offer free shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, selected method, and destination. Any free-shipping promotion applies to domestic (U.S.) orders only unless expressly stated otherwise, and is applied automatically at checkout when eligible.
