These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of realgoodones.com and your purchase of GoodOnes™ products, operated by Flore Inc. ("Company," "we," "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Products and Ordering

GoodOnes™ are dietary supplements regulated under 21 CFR Part 111. They are structure/function products — not drugs, not treatments, and not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. All product claims are structure/function claims as defined by FDA regulations.

Prices are in USD and subject to change. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors.

Checkout and Payment

Purchases are processed through Shopify (floreclinical.myshopify.com) and Stripe. By placing an order you agree to Shopify's and Stripe's terms of service. We do not store payment card data.

Subscribe & Save

Subscribe & Save orders renew automatically on the schedule selected at checkout. You may cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time before the next renewal date by emailing [email protected]. We will not charge you after a confirmed cancellation.

Discount Codes

Discount codes (including GOODONETIME15 and any other promotional codes) are subject to the terms stated at the time of issuance. Single-use codes may be used once per customer. We reserve the right to void codes used fraudulently or in violation of their stated terms.

Returns and Refunds

All sales are final. We replace or refund orders that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. See our full Return Policy for details.

Intellectual Property

GoodOnes™, Flore™, Flore Clinical™, and related marks are trademarks of Flore Inc. All site content, formulation names, and copy are proprietary. Unauthorised reproduction or use is prohibited.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
