Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of realgoodones.com and your purchase of GoodOnes™ products, operated by Flore Inc. ("Company," "we," "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Products and Ordering

GoodOnes™ are dietary supplements regulated under 21 CFR Part 111. They are structure/function products — not drugs, not treatments, and not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. All product claims are structure/function claims as defined by FDA regulations.

Prices are in USD and subject to change. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors.

Checkout and Payment

Purchases are processed through Shopify (floreclinical.myshopify.com) and Stripe. By placing an order you agree to Shopify's and Stripe's terms of service. We do not store payment card data.

Subscribe & Save

Subscribe & Save orders renew automatically on the schedule selected at checkout. You may cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time before the next renewal date by emailing [email protected]. We will not charge you after a confirmed cancellation.

Discount Codes

Discount codes (including GOODONES20 and any other promotional codes) are subject to the terms stated at the time of issuance. Single-use codes may be used once per customer. We reserve the right to void codes used fraudulently or in violation of their stated terms.

Returns and Refunds

All sales are final. We replace or refund orders that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. See our full Return Policy for details.

Intellectual Property

GoodOnes™, Flore™, GoodOnes™, and related marks are trademarks of Flore Inc. All site content, formulation names, and copy are proprietary. Unauthorised reproduction or use is prohibited.

Health Disclaimer

Information on this site is educational and is not medical advice. GoodOnes™ products are not substitutes for professional medical care. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any supplement, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a diagnosed medical condition. Results vary. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flore Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim related to a product purchase is limited to the purchase price of the order in question.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state and federal courts located in Illinois.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Program name: GoodOnes Texts, run by Flore Inc dba GoodOnes.

What you get: if you opt in on the phone step of our Gut-Brain Assessment, we text you your gut-brain assessment result, a link to book a free Fit Check call, and recurring GoodOnes tips, offers and product updates. These are automated marketing texts.

How you opt in: by entering your mobile number and ticking the separate, unticked SMS box on the assessment's phone step. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency: up to 4 messages per month.

Message and data rates may apply.

Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to cancel. After you reply STOP we send one final message confirming you are unsubscribed, and nothing after that. Help is also available at [email protected].

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
