GoodOnes™ are dietary supplements. All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds on opened or unopened products except in the circumstances described below.
We Will Make It Right If
We will replace or refund your order if:
- Your order arrived damaged — broken seal, compromised packaging, or product spill during transit
- Your order is defective — the product is materially different from what was described (wrong formula, contamination, visible quality issue)
- Your order is incorrect — you received the wrong item(s) due to a fulfillment error on our part
How to Report a Defective or Incorrect Order
- Email [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue
- We'll review and respond within 1 business day — reship or refund at our discretion
What Is Not Covered
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Dissatisfaction with results — individual outcomes vary and are not guaranteed
- Orders where the packaging was intact and the correct product was delivered
- Expired product purchased beyond the printed expiry date
Subscribe & Save Cancellations
You may cancel a Subscribe & Save subscription before the next renewal date at any time by emailing [email protected]. Cancellations take effect for the next billing cycle — already-processed orders in the current cycle are not refundable.
